Gennaro Persico
Chairman
With over 40 years’ experience in the banking sector, especially Swiss private banking, Gennaro Persico has held a variety of positions, including several years as Managing Director of Handelsfinanz Bank, a Swiss banking institution, which he left in 2000. Seeking a new professional challenge, he became a shareholder of Banque Cramer & Cie SA Geneva in 2003. In 2007, he felt that he wanted to devote himself to his customers full-time and to specialise in wealth management. He therefore decided to work on a new project and developed Vulcan Assets Management, where he is now President.

Enzo di Palma
Director
An engineering graduate of the “Politecnico di Napoli”, Enzo di Palma began by working in the family construction business, where he was a Managing Director until 1995. Wishing to take his career in a new direction, he went into wealth management, first in Monte Carlo and then in Geneva. He then became Private Banking Director of Société Bancaire Privée in Geneva. This new experience gave him an understanding of the challenges faced by wealth managers seeking to develop their business. That realisation made him decide to join Gennaro Persico, in 2008, in order to found Vulcan Assets Management, where he is now Director.
